Testimonials

1) Managers: Gloves will be compared with size sample or measurement chart. He checks the fitting and size by spot tests.

2) Detailed inspection of leather & fabric’s color, direction, color fastness, printing color, TPR color, needle code, seam construction, sewing allowance and position of logos. The defected quantity must control under 3%. If more, all the gloves return to sewing line and re-inspection.

3) Iron the gloves carefully. The inspector must spot check, if found un-flat or bad shape. The gloves must re-ironing till to pass the inspection.

4) Re-clean the gloves. Hanging the tags, make in pair and put in bag. The inspector must spot check.

5) Put the packed gloves in bag, the inspector must spot check. The defected quantity must control under 0.5%. If more, open all boxes and re-inspect.
