Sample Development

We must follow customers design, material request, fitting and workmanship. The responsible worker must be experienced.

If some requests from customer side cannot be made in production or during sample process this will be communicated to the customer and the necessary adjustments discussed.

The sales manager (MD) and inspector must inspect the TPR logos and printing quality before sewing.

Sales dept. must suggest the customer if some parts are not suitable.

Inspector must compare the sample with sample request and if available with counter sample before sipping to the customer.

Sales manager(MD) must inspect the gloves again, then clean and pack the sample.

The sample will be sent to the customer for checking. Necessary changes will be summarized in sample comments from the customer and used for next sample round until the customer is satisfied with the sample.

The sales dept must compare the sample with customer’s artwork finally, then ship the each prototype sample on time.
